1. Operator and acceptance
This website is operated by Logic Assets (Pty) Ltd, registration number , trading as Liquid Assets Solutions, from . By using the website or a portal, you agree to these terms. If you submit information for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.
2. Informational content and commercial submissions
Website content describes general capabilities and is not a binding offer, quotation, appointment, employment promise, supplier appointment or guarantee of availability. A procurement requirement, IT personnel requirement, commercial opportunity, talent profile or enquiry is an invitation for assessment only. A binding engagement arises only through an authorised written agreement, accepted order form, purchase order or other formal instrument.
3. Proposals, pricing and availability
Prices, exchange rates, supplier availability, product specifications, personnel availability, delivery periods and implementation dates remain subject to written confirmation. Proposal validity, taxes, delivery, approved equivalents, dependencies, exclusions and payment terms will be stated in the applicable commercial proposal or agreement.
4. Procurement and supplied goods
Products may be sourced from third parties. Manufacturer warranties, lead times and return conditions may apply. Substitutions or equivalent products require the approval specified in the applicable engagement. Risk, title, inspection, acceptance and warranty arrangements are governed by the relevant contract and order documentation.
5. IT workforce and candidate services
Candidate information is provided for evaluation and remains subject to verification, interviews, availability, contractual agreement and applicable employment law. Clients must conduct fair and lawful selection processes. Neither submission nor introduction guarantees placement. Non-circumvention, placement, conversion, replacement and contract staffing terms are governed by the IT Workforce Solutions schedule or specific agreement.
6. Technology and managed services
Software, integration, hosting, support and managed services are governed by a statement of work, service schedule or SLA. Unless expressly agreed, the website does not grant a licence to software, source code, methods, templates or other intellectual property.
7. Accounts and portal security
You must protect credentials, use accurate account information and notify us of suspected compromise. We may suspend an account to protect the platform, investigate misuse, comply with law or address non-payment. You may not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, scrape restricted information, impersonate another person or use the platform unlawfully.
8. Uploads and user content
You retain responsibility for material you upload and confirm that you have authority to provide it. Do not upload malware, unlawful content, irrelevant sensitive information, third-party confidential information without authority, or content that infringes rights. Files may be validated, scanned, quarantined or rejected. We may remove unsafe or unlawful content.
9. Electronic communications
You agree that notices, proposals, confirmations and other communications may be exchanged electronically. Electronic signature and acceptance methods may be used where permitted and appropriate. Specific transactions may require additional verification or signature formalities.
10. Intellectual property
Website content, branding, designs, software and documentation are owned by or licensed to Logic Assets (Pty) Ltd. You may view and use the website for legitimate business engagement but may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or commercially exploit protected content without written permission.

12. Availability and external services
We aim to operate a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, security events, telecommunications failures and third-party services may affect access. External links and third-party services are governed by their own terms.
13. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded. We are not liable for decisions made solely from general website content, unauthorised use, third-party outages or losses caused by inaccurate information submitted by a user. Contractual liability is governed by the applicable signed agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that may not lawfully be excluded.
14. Consumer and statutory rights
Nothing in these terms limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable South African law. Where the Consumer Protection Act or another mandatory law applies, these terms must be interpreted consistently with that law. Service-specific cancellation, refund, warranty and complaint arrangements will be stated in the applicable proposal or agreement.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. The parties should first attempt good-faith resolution through written escalation. Jurisdiction and formal dispute procedures for a commercial engagement are governed by the applicable agreement.
