1. Responsible party
Logic Assets (Pty) Ltd, registration number , trading as Liquid Assets Solutions, is the responsible party for personal information processed through this website and its commercial operations. Physical address: .
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you engage us, we may process identity and contact details, organisation and supplier information, procurement requirements, commercial opportunity documents, CVs, employment and qualification information, technical assessment results, correspondence, portal account information, invoices, payment references, consent records, uploaded documents, security logs and first-party website analytics.
Please do not submit unnecessary special personal information. Where a screening activity requires sensitive information, we will seek specific authorisation and use an appropriate authorised provider.
3. Why we process information
We process information to respond to enquiries, qualify requirements, source products, provide IT workforce services, evaluate candidates, deliver technology and managed services, prepare proposals, enter and administer contracts, invoice and collect payment, secure our systems, meet legal obligations, maintain records, handle privacy requests and improve our services.
The applicable legal ground depends on the activity and may include consent, steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with law, or a legitimate operational interest that does not unjustifiably prejudice your rights.
4. Recipients, operators and cross-border processing
Information may be shared only as reasonably necessary with authorised employees, prospective or actual clients, vetted suppliers, verification and assessment providers, professional advisers, hosting and communications providers, payment and accounting providers, regulators and law-enforcement bodies where legally required. Operators must process information under appropriate written terms and security obligations.
If information is processed outside South Africa, we will assess the transfer mechanism and require appropriate safeguards.
5. Candidate and IT workforce information
Candidate profiles may be used for talent matching, screening, interviews, placement, onboarding and related workforce administration. We will not represent that a candidate has agreed to a specific opportunity without the appropriate engagement. Screening results are limited to relevant authorised checks, with consent where required.
6. Cookies and first-party analytics
Essential cookies support authentication, security and your privacy preferences. Optional analytics cookies are used only after you choose “Accept analytics”. They create random visitor and session identifiers and help us measure page views, unique visits, traffic sources, device categories, calls to action, scroll depth and time spent on pages. Plain IP addresses are not retained in analytics; a salted one-way hash is used for operational analysis and abuse detection.
Use the “Cookie settings” link in the footer to change your choice. Read the Cookie Policy for full details.
7. Retention
We keep information only for as long as required by the relevant purpose, contract, legal obligation, dispute or approved retention schedule. Analytics and telemetry are automatically removed after the configured retention periods. Candidate, customer, supplier, contract and transaction records are reviewed against the organisation’s retention schedule before secure deletion or anonymisation.
8. Children and minors
Our services are directed primarily to organisations and adult job seekers. A parent, guardian or authorised programme sponsor must provide or approve personal information relating to a minor where required by law. Please do not submit a minor’s information unless you are authorised to do so and the submission is necessary for a legitimate programme or engagement.
9. Direct marketing
We send electronic marketing only where permitted and, where required, after consent. Every marketing communication must provide a practical opt-out mechanism. Withdrawing marketing consent does not prevent us from sending transactional, security, contractual or legally required communications.
10. Security and incident response
Measures include role-based access, password controls, encrypted transport, restricted file storage, file-signature validation, malware scanning where enabled, audit histories, security logging, database backups and incident-response procedures. No system can be guaranteed completely secure; suspected security incidents are investigated and escalated through our controlled incident process.
11. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, objection to processing, withdrawal of consent, marketing opt-out, or information about the source and recipients of your information. We may need to verify identity and may lawfully refuse or limit a request in certain circumstances.
