We aim to make our website, forms and portals usable by as many people as reasonably possible.
Our approach
We design for keyboard navigation, readable contrast, responsive layouts, meaningful headings, visible focus indicators, form labels, alternative text and reduced-motion preferences. Public pages remain server-rendered so core information and forms do not depend solely on animation or client-side navigation.
Known limitations
Some uploaded third-party documents, historic templates or complex dashboards may not yet provide the same level of accessibility as the core public website. We review material issues and prioritise practical remediation.
